Lithuanian national team was forced to cancel its training session in the middle after Venezuelan tanks poured smoke into the gym on Monday.
July 5th is the independence day in Venezuela. A military parade is planned to take place in the capital Caracas on that occasion.
The military base is close to the gym where the team was practicing. As the tanks went outside and their engines were turned on, a dense smokes began to fill the gym.
In order to avoid poisoning it was decided to cancel the training session. Lithuanian national team will have a short shooting practice before they take on Venezuela who are now 1-0 after defeating Nigeria.
