After the completion of Day 2 of European Basketball Tour - Cyprus event, only Greece remains unbeaten, overcoming Israel. Italy beat Russia while Poland took care of Bulgaria.

Day 2 started with the game between Poland and Bulgaria. The Polish National Team had an easy noon, beating the Bulgarians 64-55. Hrycaniuk was the MVP for the winning team with 20 points and 11 rebounds.

Later in the evening Greece beat Israel in a dramatic game. Fotsis drained a three to tie the game at 64 all, Israel took the lead 66-64 and had the ball in possession with just seven seconds to go, but somehow Greece managed to win 67-66 with an and1 play by Kaimakoglou.

In the last game of the night, Italy got their first win of the tournament by overcoming Russia, 71-67. Italians were led by an amazing Bargnani who scored 23 points and received 10 fouls. Mancinelli also had a great game with 20 points and 6 rebounds. For the Russians Mozgov had 15 points and 8 rebounds, but it wasn't enough for the win.
